Can I print more than one pet on one product?

We offer modern pet portraits for up to 4 pets in one print. We plan on expanding to offer up to 6 pets in future.

To find the right portrait for your fur family, click the main menu and find multiple pets.

Can I see the pet portrait before printing?

Yes, PawEditor offer free previews and unlimited edits on all orders. You usually see a proof of your pet art 1-2 days after placing your order. Request any edits or approve for printing and shipping.

Is my pet photo good enough to use?

We check all pet photos as we receive new orders. If there's an issue we'll contact you via email to request more photos of your fur baby.

The best photos are taken in natural daylight (no flash), and at eye-level with your pet.

What if I don't like my pet portrait?

If you don't like your custom artwork we will edit it as per your requests. We print once you tell us you're happy.

Do you ship worldwide?

This mug arrived so quickly, and it's in great condition! Clearly, a lot of care was put into the packaging. I do wish the design was a little larger on the mug, it seemed to take up more space on the proof. But, it is still very cute, and will make an excellent Father's Day gift!
